Do I need my own architect?

Not necessarily. We can work with your architect or coordinate design through our network — either way it's managed as one process.

What does a custom home cost?

Most custom homes range from around $750k to well over $2m depending on size, site and finish. We give you a fixed price once the design and selections are set.

How long does it take to design and build a custom home?

Design, documentation and approvals commonly take six to twelve months, followed by roughly ten to sixteen months of construction. Site complexity, council requirements and the level of detail can change that timeframe, so we map both phases before you commit.

Can you manage a knockdown rebuild?

Yes. We can coordinate demolition, surveys, service disconnections, design, approvals and the new build as one planned process, including site constraints and neighbour considerations.

Will the construction price be fixed?

Once the drawings, engineering, specification and selections are sufficiently resolved, we provide a detailed fixed-price building proposal. Any exclusions or allowances are identified clearly rather than hidden in a headline figure.

How involved can I be during the build?

You remain informed without needing to manage the site. We provide regular updates, scheduled milestone meetings and clear selection deadlines, while our team coordinates trades, inspections and day-to-day construction.
