Full custom new home — design, construction and finishing
Sandstone Residence is a full ground-up custom build for a young Sydney family — designed for entertaining and engineered for daily liveability.
The brief asked for a home that felt expansive but grounded. We answered it with polished marble flooring threading from foyer to kitchen, a sandstone-toned brick facade, and an outdoor BBQ wing wrapped in dark feature brick that opens directly to the alfresco.
Every room was specified to feel quiet and considered. Bright kitchen with island and waterfall stone, master ensuite with freestanding bath and frameless shower, twilight-shot alfresco with overhead lighting and lush lawn — all completed on a fixed-price contract, on the program agreed before site start.
